Reiki clears the energy that flows within all of us and is based on the idea that Universal Life Force flows through us and it is what causes us to be alive. If our Universal Life Force is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
I have had a lifelong deep love of crystals and love to add them into the Reiki sessions I provide. Each crystal has a healing quality to them, and I will focus on my Reiki Crystal Grid to help the flow of energy within and around you!
Having clear bridges between the different Chakras will ensure that your life force energy is flowing freely which is very helpful in creating body/mind/spirit wellness within.

Your Subconscious Map First Session or Stand Alone Session
Our journey will begin with me getting to know exactly how your Subconscious takes in information. The better I know how to communicate with your subconscious, the deeper the healing will be.
You’ll also receive a recording of the Hypnotherapy session to listen to in order to continue the healing between sessions. Receiving HypnoReiki virtually means you can enjoy the session from the comfort of your own home so you can bask in the healing instead of battling traffic.
After you receive your subconscious map you’ll understand all the different parts of your mind and you’ll feel lighter and your mind will be activated to move in the right direction.

Virtual Reiki + Hypnotherapy and What it looks like when we create healing magic together: Digging Deep: We’ll meet using Zoom or Skype. Come with a question based on something that’s been blocking or weighing you down from taking action.
Clearing Your Roots: I will pull cards from a number of decks and tap into my intuition to give you guidance and clarity. Then we will heal the root of your problem using distance Reiki. Reiki can be sent to wherever you’re at, it doesn’t matter if you’re in another city or across oceans.
