You will receive a private scheduling link. Sessions are booked once a week over the five-week container so each experience has time to integrate before the next begins.

What will happen during the five weeks?

During the 5 weeks, we will go step by step on a spiritual roadmap of making the Karmic and energetic shifts that need to take place in order for you to boldly move forward towards your goal untethered by doubt and patterns. You will have help on the conscious level with coaching and creating a pathway for your success as well as a subconscious seed planted through Hypnosis that will get 100% of your brain power focused on your goal which allows it to happen 100% more quickly.The last week we join forces to do a ritual bringing your goal to The Universe (or whoever you work with as all walks of spirituality are welcome here) to get the spiritual juices flowing now that we've made room for you to receive your goal.

Do I need experience with Reiki, tarot, hypnotherapy, ritual, or the Akashic Records?

No. You do not need any previous experience. Kristin will guide you through each session and explain what to expect along the way.

What happens between sessions?

The time between sessions is part of the work. You will have space to reflect, notice changes, and integrate what surfaced before moving into the next part of the journey.

What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling is possible with 24 hours notice of your session. If something comes up last minute for you and you are unable to make your session day of, I will still take the hour I had saved for you in my calendar and make a video doing whatever modality we had planned for that day and send you the video at the end of the hour for you to watch and integrate whenever works for you before your next session.
