Service Description
This class teaches the who, what, where, when, how of Reiki and the history, attunement to the first Reiki Symbol and information on the many ways in which you can use Reiki today. The class comes to a beautiful close by me guiding you in a full Chakra Balancing self healing using Reiki. Here is what you will learn to master in Reiki 1: - Learning the History of Reiki and where it comes from. - Learning the many different ways Reiki can be used within life such as sending - Reiki to situations, cooking with Reiki and different ways of cleansing using Reiki. - Learning how to do self-healings using Reiki. - Learning the first symbol of Reiki. - Overview of the Chakra System. - Attunement to Reiki 1 Symbol - Being lead on a full chakra alignment using Reiki that you can go home and do on yourself. This class is between 3 and 4 hours.
