I started talking to the moon and the trees before I had any idea there was a name for what I was doing. That was 40 years ago.

Since then, I've turned that instinct into a life's work. I'm a self-published author, a speaker and a ritual creator with over three decades of experience building and leading ceremonies from the ground up.

I became a Reiki Master 26 years ago.

I later earned my Hypnotherapy certification because I kept running into the same wall with people: their conscious minds wanted transformation, but their subconscious minds were locked into old stories that blocked every intention they set.

I needed tools that could reach deeper than traditional ritual alone.

My life has been a cycle of burning down and rising back up. I know the phoenix path intimately as I have lost everything to fire twice now, and one of those times literally stopped my heart on a burn ward operating table.

It's given me a grounded, nurturing presence that holds space without rushing anyone through their process.

Three decades of ritual creation, 26 years of Reiki mastery, certified hypnotherapy training, and a lifetime of listening to the natural world built the Sacred Ceremony Alchemist I am today.
