7 Week Chakra Journey

Chakras are one of the most important tools we have to our wellness on the physical, mental and spiritual levels and they are always 100% accessible to you as they reside within you!

I have been working with the energies of my Chakras for 25+ years, and have learned through Reiki, working with a Living Saint as well as decades of self work and study and I am here to share my wisdom with you in a beautiful 7 week journey through each of your 7 main Chakras!

This series is 100% online and will be recorded so you can watch/listen at your own time and pace. 

There will be 2 weeks we meet live on Zoom where you can ask questions and get laser coaching on your specific needs...those weeks are the first week, and the last week of the 7 week journey.

Each of the 7 weeks of this series you will receive:

• 1) 24 hours of Reiki sent to whatever intention you have for each Chakra.
• 2) Recipe ideas on how to cook for each Chakra.
• 3) A guide for each Chakra and how it serves you.
• 4) Fun ideas on how to connect and honor the Chakra of the week.
• 5) A Hypnosis recording to listen to each day to align yourself with the Chakra of the week.

We will meet live on Zoom the first week, which is the first New Moon of 2024 on 1/11/24 to get grounded in this transformational program and set intentions within the Root Chakra. Then we will meet once again the last week of the series on 2/22/24, which is in the Full Moon energy to celebrate your new found connection and alignment with your Chakras!

This is the perfect way to focus in on you after the craziness of the Holidays to be able to fully connect to yourself physically, energetically and spiritually. Also we begin on a New Moon and end on a Full Moon...can't get much better than that!
